Context
  • The Business Group, which has promoted one of India’s prominent players in the banking sector, appointed Datavantage Advisory to identify impactful and promising sectors as part of its growth cum diversification strategy
  • The strategy needed to be aligned to the core ethos and reputation of the promoters, while ensuring that there was no conflict with the Group’s existing financial services portfolio
  • An appropriate top level functional organization structure was to be determined based on the strategy
  • Selection of growth sectors was to be based on scalability, use of state-of-art technology, synergy with existing Group operations, likely investments and international footprint

  • Determined the Vision, Mission & Core Values of the Group holding company based on discussions with key stakeholders and analysis of select benchmark corporate groups / organizations
